Our primary operating system is known as PAXUS. It was developed specifically for the hedge fund industry by Pacific Fund Systems. Some of the functionality of the system includes:

1. • An electronic interface that works with any system with a data export/capture feature

2. • A robust multi-currency general ledger

3. • Flexibility in handling accruals, which is especially helpful in the calculation of performance and management fees, as well as asset-based fees with or without hurdles

4. • A security master-file that can be maintained in a user-defined format such as average cost, FIFO, LIFO, specific lot ID, high cost, low cost, etc.

5. • Investor and security modules that integrate with a General Ledger/Valuation module

6. • The ability to process investor activity in either partner or shareholder form

7. • A corporate module that enables each fund to have one fully integrated data base

8. • A flexible data export function enabling reports to be written to meet a fund's specific needs
