THE NEW YORK, NEW YORK OFFICE
The first of Meridian Fund Services’ expansion offices was established in midtown Manhattan in May 2004 by Randy Troy, its President. Our New York office provides a full suite of services to hedge funds domiciled in the United States. It also serves as a relationship point for the many hedge fund managers who are either located in New York or who frequently travel there. In addition, its convenient location and interconnectedness with our other offices makes it easier and more convenient for investors to conduct due diligence reviews.
MANAGEMENT
Randy Troy
Randy helped establish Meridian Fund Services (USA) LLC in New York in May 2004 and serves as its President. He oversees both our New York and Massachusetts offices.
Randy is a certified public accountant in the state of New York and had over a decade of industry experience before joining Meridian Fund Services. Prior to joining Meridian Fund Services, he was Chief Financial Officer of a quantitative-based multi-strategy hedge fund group, and controller of another large hedge fund, both located in Manhattan.
Randy began his career at the New York office of Deloitte & Touche LLP in their financial services industry group. In that audit position, he worked with some of the world's largest brokerage and investment firms. He graduated with honors from New York University in 1992 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, and previously held a Series 27 Financial Operations Principal securities license.
Natasha Concepcion
Natasha joined our New York office in 2007 as our General Counsel.
Before she joined Meridian Fund Services, Natasha practiced as a commercial litigator in Manhattan.
Natasha has a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from Alma College, a Master of Arts degree in Political Science from New York University and a Juris Doctor from the American University, Washington College of Law.
David Hassan
David joined Meridian Fund Services (USA) LLC as a portfolio accountant in March 2005 and was promoted to Vice President, Fund Services in January 2007.
Prior to joining Meridian Fund Services, David worked as a Senior Associate at GlobeOp Financial Services. He began his career at State Street Corporation, in their institutional investment management group.
David graduated from Cornell University with Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Economics and Management in 2000.
