EXISTING FUND TRANSFER SERVICES

We have had a number of already established funds transfer their administration duties to us. To ensure that a transfer runs efficiently and with little or no interruption, we form a specialist conversion team for each transfer. Team duties include:

  1. • Reviewing existing structure and recommending changes that will lead to operational efficiencies

  2. • Interfacing with the fund’s legal counsel in re-drafting the fund’s offering document and advising any regulatory bodies of the changes being made

  3. • Assisting with the changeover of authorizations on banking and prime broker relationships

  4. • Working with the outgoing administrator in the transfer of all required documentation in both electronic and hard copy form

  5. • Reviewing all documents to ensure compliance with best practices and taking corrective action when necessary

  6. • Establishing an efficient starting point for valuation and accounting purposes and re-processing historic transactions and accruals if necessary

  7. • Ensuring that all investor files are properly documented, and if not, obtaining evidence that effective anti-money laundering steps have been taken to bring the fund into compliance with relevant laws and regulations
