ABOUT MERIDIAN FUND SERVICES
Meridian Corporate Services Limited was established and incorporated in 1996 under the laws of Bermuda to provide administration services to hedge funds. Its name was changed to Meridian Fund Services Limited in 2004.
In May 2004, we opened a fully operational office in New York, New York. An operational support office was established in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada in January 2007. A third offshore office was opened in Cayman Islands in March 2008. Both our Bermuda and Cayman companies have been granted licenses to provide administration services by the Bermuda Monetary Authority and the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority, respectively.
Our information technology department was moved from Bermuda to Cambridge, Massachusetts, in June 2006.
